Someone on Reddit asked me to post my [Wisp] Build, so here it is.
I went all in on Power Strength in order to max out the buffs for the Health and Speed motes. With this build you get +1000ish health in addition to 99/sec [Regen], and a 66% speed buff.
Abilities:
Reservoirs: This is [Wisp]'s bread & butter, you cast this immediately if you are playing a mission where you can remain relatively stationary (Defense, Survival, Excavation, Interception, etc). The duration of the actual "flower" is infinite, but once you leave the circle there is a 38 second duration for each buff. I find the shock mote isn't particularly relevant unless you want a decent CC, but Wisp has one of those built in
Will-o-[Wisp]: This is basically the 'O crap' button of her kit. I've seen people helminth this ability out and I've never understood why. When it is active you send out a clone and become both invincible and invisible until the duration runs out. If somehow you were about to die through all of the chonky-ness of [Wisp], this saves you.
Breach Surge: This is [Wisp]'s built in CC. When activated you send out a circle of light that blinds any enemy in line of sight. It also applies a 6.7x damage multiplier to all enemies affected. On top of that, any damage has a chance to send out a aimbot-esq spark that can do a lot of damage (seen 3.2 billion damage a handful of times). Synergies with this ability include doubling the range if you are looking at your Reservoir, and casting it a second time from your Will-o-[Wisp] if its active.
Ensnare: This is Khora's 2, I added it as a way to group enemies together in higher level mission. Another option is Pillage for a mass armor/shield strip.
Arcanes:
Energize and [Guardian]. Energize patches the holes in the negative efficiency and lack of [Primed Flow]. [Guardian] adds additional survivability.
