This is a build for the second starting primary in the game, note that this is in light of new players and how many mods that they have depending on how far they are in the first few quests. All of the mods are at mediocre levels and keep in mind that as you progress you will get better weapons as you go. Be sure to take a look at my other builds, and if your a new player be sure to check out this playlist showcasing all warframe weapons and the damage types. On another note, not all of the most recent weapons are not in the videos. I also recommend looking at the vault status of all prime variants in the second link below.
