An Ironclad [Rhino] budget build for those who don't want to forma regular [Rhino] but want to be able to handle regular star chart content effectively via the Ironclad build.

[Transient Fortitude] can be swapped for other mods like [Streamline] or [Continuity] (or [Vitality] if you're worried about survival outside of Ironskin), you just won't get as high values for Ironskin. Also, Steel Fiber and Transient Fortitude do not need to be at max rank in order for this build to function - they can be R8 or less and the build will still be very effective.

[Steel Charge] is used due to Melee being the best weapon type, but the slot is flexible to other auras that match the polarity.
