this is a strange looking build, however [Fanged Fusillade] has a VERY significant purpose, and that is to cause slash procs on the grapple... the grapple can hit as many as 3+ times before the explosion, which will likely proc viral than slash, this is important was it adds a HUGE 'unseen' quantity of damage to all enemies, and in my experience (in sortie missions) most enemies die before the explosion ever goes off... as for the explosion's they tend to cause more viral accumulation or a POWERFUL burn to any of the very few survivors...

switching fanged or infected out for yoru riven is a good move if your riven contains either higher slash damage than fanged or higher toxic than infected... your riven should ideally be +damage/slash/viral, + multishot +status chance - zoom... as usual - zoom is one of if not the best negative, and the other stats simply improve the vital stats being enhanced by the existing mods... getting to 100% status makes this bow a nightmare from the deepest pits of hell, and swapping infected for [Rime Rounds] can in fact increase your status to over 100% without a riven... meaning your 'tethers' and the source of most of your statuses will cause (usually) viral or slash on each of the 3+ ticks of damage before the explision (per arrow if you get the multishot)

this is a heavy investment build that REALLY Shows some potency (especially with a good riven)

new and improved with galvenized mods pushing it beyond the breaking point... this WILL work in long haul steeel path, as combining the aforementioned viral + slash proc stacking with galvenized aptitude makes the explosions even more ridiculous...
