This build can handle anything and fill all roles. It's great for defense, supporting the squad with dmr and dmg buffs, doing short-mid range nukes, tanking a ridiculous amount of nonsense, ccing rooms on rooms, etc.

Arcane energize is necessary for [Blind Rage] to not eat your entire energy pool. If you don't have an Arcane energize or just aren't comfortable with the high energy costs, replace [Blind Rage] with [Transient Fortitude]. Alternatively, swap roar for dispensary, but then a lot of the reason this build has so much strength is gone, and you become a lot more tied to a single spot, which might be good for defense, but idk I like big numbers.
Blade charger is there because it triples the damage of shattered lash, which triples the rate of building splinter storm while it's active, which is pretty good. It also means you don't need a stat stick to stack splinter storm quickly, or if you do bring a stat stick, it'll stack ridiculously quickly.
