This build is intended to be used with the [Epitaph]'s charged shot.
We use [Hemorrhage] as the charged shot has a forced Impact proc.
[Epitaph] can easily proc 5 status effects from its uncharged fire (IPS will proc from direct hits while Blast+Cold will come from the AoE).
