A good little build for para, when you've just gotten it or you like me, are spending your forma on more important items.
Tough it does require Tempo Royale and the toxic 60/60. Both of which you should have or have the plat to get, at the point you unlock this weapon.

[Shocking Touch] can be changed based on what you're up against

My recommendations are:
Corpus: Pure Toxic
Grineer: Viral
Infested: Gas
