Swap Smite for [Organ Shatter], if you don't like faction mods. Given the 81% crit chance, [Organ Shatter] is around a 80% dps multiplier while smite is a 55% flat damage multiplier and 140% bleed multiplier.

Why cold + carnis?
[Lesion] comes with a 100% toxin mod hidden within its passive, which would mess up the slash distribution. Keep the cold unranked (I know it looks like more damage but its not), the +45% status chance is not worth messing up the slash proc chance (besides you have 440% from [Weeping Wounds], 45% is nothing).
