This build requires 1 Umbral Forma to complete. This is a very end game build, and an ideal build to strive for if you main [Mesa] like I do.

With this build I can now bring my [Mesa] on any mission I want. Steel Path, Kuva, Sorties, and level 1000+ enemies in endless game modes with ease.

Best all around build pushing each ability to its best stats without eating up energy.

Slash is the only thing to get through Shatter Shield, mostly on deimos Steel path or lvl 500+ enemies suddenly stripping ur hp. That's why Arcane Deflection is recommended but not required. Any Arcane of your choice is fine, there are many viable options.
