[Pistol Amp] and Aviator can be anything really. I.e. growing power and Aerodynamic. Pistol amp is picked due to it being the innate aura.
Flow/Vitality/Equlibrium is just to make sustain easier for new players before the arcanes, zenurik, energy gear and other things that can be optimized later.
[Umbral Vitality] and [Intensify] is an upgrade obviously.
To scale it better go hard on strength.

As this hits 25% where you want for razorwing. It is better to hit with 175% efficiency, as that would affect your other abilities. Changing [Continuity] to [Streamline] 4, [Fleeting Expertise] 4 would make it a 2 forma build.

Stat priority: "25%" effective razorwing drain > enough sustain to keep spellbind and thorns up > strength.
To see how you can scale strength, look up other guides. Dropping flow, equalibrium, upgrade to umbral intensify, run growing power/[Energy Conversion] (if you have a normal status weapon, but here I assume you don't), get 25% effective with [Blind Rage] etc.

Spellbind makes her status immune to the stagger of her flight, so keep that buff up in addition to Thorns. Without spellbind you cannot make use of [Razorwing Blitz] speed.
Eclipse is added instead of lantern as [Narrow Minded] kills her range.

Build alternatives: If you go for range then the spellbind augment can solve any energy issues, making it possible to drop energy to a lower efficiency.

[Ice Storm] on weapon (2 plat)
[Tainted Clip] instead of heat on weapon (2 plat) (One element)
Reactant buff
Energized munitions from Helminth instead of Eclipse
Higher damage to use less ammo/enemy (more strength, primed mods, madurai, arcanes etc.)

[Trick Mag] and Ammo Case should not work, as they increase the carry capacity and not the magazine size.
