The goal of this build is to achieve the biggest finishing hit, so the point is that Ivara (Prime) kills "everything" with one single blow from behind {X} - finisher (we are talking about unalerted enemies, no matter whether we do it traditionally or first put to sleep enemies with a sleeping arrow).

Here's why I chose this hammer:

• Stealth Attacks have their damage fully converted to True Damage.
• Damage multipliers for Hammers is 24.0x (with Finishing Touch equipped is 38.4x).
• The Stealth Damage Bonus is affected by the rank of the weapon. Rank 40 weapons deal 900% bonus damage.
