The Quellor was standard-issue to Dax Railjack crews of the Old War, dating back to the earliest, pre-Sigma craft. A rapid-fire assault rifle with a hefty magazine-size, the Quellor is an all-round workhorse. Also capable of large, short-range cryo-blasts.

This build is a new build on the old concept from "Quellor AKA Fulmin 2.0"
Same playstyle alt-fire to kill using high dmg bleed and innate punch-through while addressing weapon weaknesses.
Not to be used versus Sentients.
[Critical Delay] vs [Point Strike]
Both of them work, it's a matter of preference or polarities.
CD gives more burst damage at the cost of less DPS due to slower charge.
Personally I prefer CD because charge isn't influenced much by fire rate. But if you're fighting lower level threats Point Strike is better.
