Okay. This is almost definitely going to be nerfed.

But [Target Fixation] is currently BONKERS good.

So Tail Wind now does 4500 damage at max rank.

With 150% Power Strength (more if you cut [Overextended] for [Stretch]) that's 6750 damage. Not incredible, but not awful.

With [Target Fixation], that's buffed by 100% for each successful hit. Over 13k damage, that's...

Nope. PER target. PER hit. 100% extra damage.

And there IS NO LIMIT. I hit 6000% in 10 rounds of Hydron without trying.
