Lose Energy 638 -> 225.
Gain Ability Duration 151.5% -> 183%: increases Prism up time from ~6s -> 7.3s, increases Breach Surge blind from 24.2s -> 29.3s, and increases HoM and Eclipse from 37.9s -> 45.8s.
