Nope, over my years i find [Transient Fortitude] a major downgrade vs. [Energy Conversion].
In situations like Eidolons & PT of course you cant really rely on Orbs but in everyday Missions & long Survivals especially on "Snapshot" Abilities i always prefer [Energy Conversion] with 5% less Strength for not loosing Duration!

As always Aracanes only enhance the build, they are not needed to play it ;)
Same goes for Exilus, Enhances gameplay but not needed.
