Yes not everyone know but, Efficiency is capped at 175% so in having a 2nd Fleeting & [Streamline] each Rank 4 means less drain ;)
WARNING:
Arcanes usually are only enhancing the builds & gameplay but here they kind of matter, Arcane Nullifiers are very helpful for Eidolon Hunting.
When you have your timing down as [Harrow] you can use something else ofc.
