[Healing Return] can be swapped out for the appropriate Primed Smite < Faction > mod if you're running an endless mission and have another source of healing.

If you don't have a riven, put HR in the Vazarin slot and add a Primed Faction mod. This uses one less forma as the fourth Madurai slot is not required, although you may need another source for attack speed. A lower ranked HR could be useful if it has to be put in a slot with a conflicting polarity.

I swapped the stance polarity for Naramon as [Sovereign Outcast] is a much better stance for tonfa, the forward spam combo hits multiple times very quickly, building combo much faster than [Gemini Cross].
