Duration
The duration needs to be between 90% to 95%.
Higher than 95% will NOT allow you to recast in time for next eidolon scream.
[Narrow Minded] NEEDS to be rank 8 for this build to work to provide the 93.5% duration

Range
[Harrow]'s covenant ability isn't affected by range since it uses Affinity Range instead so don't worry about the low 46% range.

[Natural Talent] & [Speed Drift]
These mods will speed up the animation giving you more time to proc Virtuous Shadow and get Unairu [Wisp].

Arcane Energize
To not waste pads you can walk over energy that drops from the eidolon limbs.

Arcane Nullifier
While nullifier might seem pointless on [Harrow] sometimes the energy orbs are in the water.
It also stops you from losing energy incase you forget to cast covenant
