There is no way this weapon will do decent damage. However, you can manage to fill all enemies with status effects.

One of the mods of the vigilante set adds punch through to the weapon, this makes the missiles go do not explode unless they hit the ground or some surface and we do not want this.

In its place we will put [Firestorm] to increase the explosion radius from 3 to 5 meters and thus apply even more status effects to the enemies.
