My smeeta build for shield-focused frames. It is mostly focused around providing support buffs and being shield-gated whenever it is visible.

I have skipped Hunter Recovery and damage mods as cloaked Smeetas don't spend much time attacking. [Medi-Pet Kit] and [Tek Assault] are there for when shield gating fails to cover all of the kavat's visible time.
