Baruuk Build - Helminth One Punch

High Intensity Helminth Baruuk

Desert Wind Builds:
https://overframe.gg/build/136136/
https://overframe.gg/build/136155/

Helminth:
Eclipse/Roar - Swap eternal war for a duration or efficiency mod - Amp the damage of your 4 out the ass. With these you would want to run the standard Desert Wind build (P. Fury over faction damage)
Warcry - keep eternal war and use damage optimised build with faction damage.

The decision between infusions falls down to if you want to / can afford to cast an extra ability occasionally. But in theory, they are more damage as roar is equivalent to ~90% faction damage and eclipse is less reliable but over 400% damage multiplier. While warcry is a set and forget ability as long as you keep killing, thus needs the faction damage mod to properly min-max between the builds.

You may be thinking, 'why rolling and [Adaptation] especially without health mods?', the answer is that your sleep [Rolling Guard] and shields are how you stay alive and [Adaptation] is there mainly as protection against status effects due to [Baruuk]'s difficulty healing

[Reactive Storm] modifies the base impact damage of Desert Wild to the damage type your last enemy hit is weakest to. (this means your 1st hit will always be unmodified, and as its converting base impact, modding impact is worthless as once the change happens they no longer have any impact to add to)
And at 227% you are able to [Reach] 100% status chance, however, this is not enough as you want to be proc'ing both your modded combined element and whichever type they are weakest to.

Other than occasionally needing recast your 3 and 2 for mitigating damage and maintaining the restraint meter, all you need to do is hit enemies before they hit you. While you do have enough EHP to take a lot of damage, you have no way of healing outside of operator arcanes which is time spent not dealing damage.

Additionally, you will want to run a stat stick Zaw ( https://overframe.gg/build/136137/ ), any zaw type with slam built into the combo's works, with the 3 gladiator mods equipped. you will occasionally go out of Serene Storm to stack combo on your stat stick up to 12x before going back into the 4. you do need to be careful though to avoid gaining combo on [Desert Wind] tho, as doing so will reset the gladiator set bonus until you recast the 4.
