You can use your blazing pillage augment to per-strip armour and apply heat for then casting cold sunder for the blast proc explosion.
additionally, since you are playing [Hildryn] you have infinite 'energy' due to shield [Regen] and pillage. This allows you to ignore efficiency as still spam.
Other than that, this build and arcanes should be fairly self-explanatory. Sure-footed is just a personal preference mod, but its more convenient than you can ever imagine on almost every build, if you don't have the primed version you can run Knockdown recover speed, aviator or cunning drift.
