Well....I made a build before...though it was missing some damage...
If you prefer a lower status chance, you can replace Virulent with a [Primed Fever Strike] to bump damage up to 44k, though that will require an additional forma.
I prefer using [Volt] with this weapon so that it's much easier to spam slicing and just relax while also killing at breakneck speed.
Due to its high disposition, it should be fairly inexpensive to get a riven of this power, within even 100k Kuva rerolling, as I tested to get these stats.
Anyways, I use these on the Steel Path, and they were my first purchase in the game for plat, so I'm a bit biased. They should work fine, though you can reroll for range instead of timer on the riven if you feel you need some distance in the Path.
