This build has a rotation to it.

1: ev
2: kill what's ev'ed
3: roar
4: link

From there, ev and bless as needed but you should keep a group buff of 81% on roar and 75% DR from link with another 75% group DR up at all times. Couple this with Adaptation and you will be near impossible to kill.
