[Oberon] Standard Build

Why mods:

• [Umbral Vitality] gives you over 1,000 health with [Umbral Intensify].

• With 210% strength you get plenty of heal with 3 and damage with 2.

• With [Streamline] and [Fleeting Expertise] at 4 you don't go over the 175% efficiency cap so you don't waste slots

• No [Flow] or [Primed Flow] because I find it a pain to use on infested missions and with [Streamline] you never have to worry about your 3 being active and draining all your energy.

Why Arcanes:

• No particular reason both are just generally the best out there for any build but arcane grace pairs generally well.

Other stuff:

• I'd use Zenurik for this but keep in mind you don't gain passive energy from the dash while consuming energy from your three so only use it to refill at the start or if you stopped the 3.

• Breach Surge pairs well with [Oberon] because both have rad and it pairs well with 2 because of the damage multiplier. Also breach surge is just op as hell.
