I wanted to make [Boltor Prime] a reasonable end game primary weapon. I believe this setup accomplishes that. The reload speed is still a bit slow but the DPS is on point. You can use this build in High Index and ESO.

The goal for this build was to give it the highest DPS values possible, regardless of how many forma it took. Meant for players who want to bring out the true potential of this weapon and don't mind doing the work to get there.
