Four things to keep in mind with the [Cedo]:

1) We only really care about the Semi stats.
2) Multishot = more glaives on the alt fire = more status spread = best in slot
3) Status chance can let the glaives proc status multiple times per hit. Status chance is second highest priority. (consider nano applicator for the Riven if you don't have one)
4) Mix two completed elements, so you can get max status types proc'd - I choose Radiation viral as I find it to be the most effective overall elemental combo.

With this build, one alt fire will proc most of, if not all of, a room for [Condition Overload]. Go ham with your melee, then aim and alt fire when you need to proc again. Rinse repeat for the easiest condi proc in the game, with less commitment than the kuva nukor needs.
