Quellor

Quellor AKA Fulmin 2.0 (OLD)

by last updated 3 years ago

1240

The Quellor was standard-issue to Dax Railjack crews of the Old War, dating back to the earliest, pre-Sigma craft. A rapid-fire assault rifle with a hefty magazine-size, the Quellor is an all-round workhorse. Also capable of large, short-range cryo-blasts.

Quellor AKA Fulmin 2.0 (OLD)

[Quellor] AKA [Fulmin] 2.0

The idea with this build is to use mostly the alt fire to proc bleed damage over time.

This weapon has high stats but has several handicaps that will have to be addressed, but due to it's high base damage it can become a better scaling Fulmin.

Mods:
Most of the build is pretty much self explanatory, the non common options I've decided to put:

  • Vile Acceleration to reduce the charge of the alt fire.
  • [Primed Fast Hands] to reduce the default 4s reload into 2.6.

These two allow for a high burst and sustained DPS in this weapon addressing 2 of it's issues.

Exilus:

  • [Terminal Velocity] is critical here because it allows the weapon to bypass another shortcoming... the 9m~18m falloff range into 0 damage... this allows your alt fire to reach 30m making it viable for all normal missions.

Riven:
Riven buffs:

  • MS for more reliable bleed procs and damage (75.9% to 92.8%)
  • Damage (139.2% to 170.1%)
  • CD for extra dmg and extra DoT on bleed (101.2% to 123.7%)
  • Fire Rate (50.7% to 61.9% Fire Rate)
  • Reload Speed (42.2% to 51.6%)

Riven debuffs:

  • Zoom

PS: Do not be fooled by the damage calculations of the stats cause those values are reduced by armor, the power of the build is on the high DoT ticks that bypass all armor and are not accounted for.
