This is a General Use [Nezha] build with positives in everything except range. Strength so you can become unkillable while using hs 3rd. Duration for his 1st so you can CC enemies just by running around. Efficiency so that you can spam all of his abilities. For those who don't know, [Nezha]'s third does not completely block incoming damage like [Rhino]'s Iron Skin but instead provides 90% damage reduction while active. This means that you will take damage to your health, but using [Hunter Adrenaline] Means you get back energy while doing this. i also have [Stretch] and this is because I at least want to make his 4th ability usable as CC for bullet sponge enemies. If you do not care for this added CC you could throw on more Strength, Duration, or whatever you like since this is warframe. If you won't to use something like [Power Drift] in exilus you can forma again to fit that.
