This is a [Nezha] build for General Use and can bet taken almost anywhere and be successful. This is just meant to be positive in all stats with a slight negative range so Divine Spears is still usable if there is a group of clustered Eximus or Stronger Units.

Use Whatever Arcanes, I just like [Guardian] for added survivability, and Energize is just a really good Arcane to be used with anyone.
If you want you can take off [Augur Secrets] and throw on his [Reaping Chakram] Augment.
