Quatz - Budget Builds

[Overview]

Budget [Quatz] build for 3 Forma or less

[Quatz] builds focus on the heightened critical chance of the burst fire.

Hollow Point may be replaced by Quickdraw if the reload time is inconvenient.

Exilus mods may require additional Forma.

Q&A

Why are you making budget builds?
Many builds for these items call for copious amounts of Primed mods, Endo, and Forma. Most players do not have easy access to these resources and would rather conserve them when possible. Budget builds are geared towards these mid-level players and minimize the amount of investment required to explore the potential of the item.

Why are you using an Orokin Catalyst if this is supposed to be a budget build?
Without an Orokin Catalyst, the mod capacity becomes too limiting to emphasize the unique features of the item. Please understand.

This build is incomplete!
Budget builds are designed to explore an item's potential using the minimum possible cost. Sometimes, it is unnecessary to use every mod slot to achieve this goal; Exilus mods in particular are often forgone. Additional mods may be recommended in the [Overview] if mod slots are left empty. Additional mods may require additional Forma.

I don't have this mod!
All mods used by budget builds are possible to obtain through normal means. If the build calls for a mod, there is currently a way to obtain the mod without spending Orokin Ducats, Platinum, or Nightwave Creds. However, Faction Standing may be required to access some mods.

I'm worried I will have to reverse polarity for later builds.
Budget builds do not overwrite the natural polarity of the item. Furthermore, contemporary high-cost builds are reviewed during the creation process to ensure Forma is not wasted.

I think this could be improved.
Due to their nature, budget builds generally lack power compared to higher-cost builds. However, there may still be room for improvement. If you have an idea how to strengthen the build without increasing the cost, please post it in the comments. These suggestions may be used to revise the current build.
