Battle Medic (done right) Trinity

Reasons to like Trinity

  • 100% armor strip
  • Massive tank
  • Can restore energy to team
  • Can fully heal and reset shield gate for entire team
  • Can heal defense targets (doesn't happen all at once)

Abilities

1 - Well of Life - This is useless, replace with anything, I'm using Roar.

2 - Energy Vampire - Restores energy to the team and stuns your target. Use on the big guys.

3 - Link - gives 75% damage reduction and pretty good CC, and with Abating Link strips all enemy armor.

4 - Blessing - I feel weird about this ability. This restores health and grants damage reduction to anyone in Affinity range (50m, which is less than your 2 can [Reach] before any modding), this is not affected by range mods. If you want to be an especially good Trin, take Vazarin and rank Mending Unity to the max level to increase your Affinity range to 75m.

Umbral Mods

I like these a lot, I spent the Umbral Forma for it to fit, but I've also been playing [Trinity] since I started (Trinity is my most used frame, with Trinity Prime right after).
We are getting more and more sentient based content, so that extra 27.5% resistance to them is real nice.
If you can't fit the Umbral mods just keep in mind you only have 90% armor reduction unless you get some extra strength in somewhere else.
(Also check out my Pure Damage Paracesis build (coming soon), with 100% armor strip you don't need to worry about much besides pure damage)

Replacements

  • Energy Siphon Why would I have this on [Trinity], who can already give herself energy? Well, sometimes you have just a little too little energy to fill yourself up, this makes that painful time a bit shorter. If you don't like it take Brief Respite, you cast a decent amount of abilities and the extra shield is great for everyone.
  • Adaptation usually isn't necessary, but is nice for Steel Path and other high level missions.
  • Arcane Grace isn't necessary with how much healing and damage reduction you can give yourself, but again, Steel Path.
  • Arcane Guardian is not necessary at all, but I have a maxed one and nothing better to put there at the moment.
