Because of that we need range ([Extend])!
Or do you want to disapoint your enemies, like your women^^
Double the diameter (from 3 to 6) means 4 times bigger hit area. Let no one escape >:-)
With the [Extend] mod you can even stand behind or on Orphix to hit them always.

To reach MAX DPS against Sentients, we have to put one more Forma in our all Purpose Build: https://overframe.gg/build/118008/
And change the Vazarin slot to Naramon. That will still allowed to have your all purpose Build on another configuration, to have it for normal Missions and open Landscapes.
