since your 2 has punch through, then the enemies trapped by larva will make it's multiplier go up to roughly 70x if it hasn't killed them already

any arcane if fine, energize recommended since you would need plenty of energy for this, though you can just pop your 3 for that

also possible to just kill enemies with your archgun when trapped by the larva
