Fulmin: Jack-of-All-Trades

This build is not meant to be optimized, but meant to provide as much utility for general use as possible. I have found that using this setup is much more fun that your standard min/max setup.

I went with [Amalgam Serration] for the sprint speed QoL bonus. Fully optimized builds will opt for something else but I love the sprint speed bonus.

Internal Bleeding is great on Fulmin because the semi-auto mode has a forced Impact proc and gets the mod's 2x bonus. That's a very quick status application on what is normally a crit-based weapon. Swap this out for Hunter Munitions if you prefer the full-auto firing mode.

The Galvanized mods and [Vital Sense] need no explanation. This is a rifle so it should use them. Bonus points if you can replace [Point Strike] with a riven that has crit chance and crit damage (I have and it is awesome).

Malignant Force and Primed Cryo Rounds are here for the Viral status. Splitting between a 60/60 mod and a full damage gives you good output and a decent status chance when paired with Galvanized Aptitude.

Terminal Velocity is strictly to benefit the semi-auto mode. More projectile speed means less damage fall-off. and with this your semi auto-shots will be able to hit like a truck much farther out than normal.
