Let's be real here. You shouldn't be using [Bonewidow] for Orphix Venom, but it's also going to be your best chance to finally level it up and get the 5 Formas done for mastery fodder. As such, we're going to focus on making you the least useless with this build
Usage
Your Meathook (#1) can be used to grab enemies and drain their health while healing you. Great for self sustain. Your Shield Maiden (#2) kind of reduces damage taken, sort of. It can also be used to bash enemies for an additional energy drain. Honestly not really worth using all that much, but still sometimes.
Exalted [Ironbride] (#4) is the core feature of this mech. Scales with the mods you put on your Ironbride. Heavy swing launches a projectile, normal swings slash in front of you. If Shield Maiden is active, you can bash enemies (costs extra energy) via Maiden's Kiss. Walk up to an Orphix and swing to hit it once it's vulnerable. The [Ironbride] swings slowly and you can sort of improve that with Maiden's Kiss, but it is a high energy drain option. Kind of weak for killing fodder enemies, but it is what it is.
For the most part you should be on Resonator duty with your Fluctus. Skewer enemies every so often so you get the ability kill affinity + self healing, replenish your energy with the Rage mod, Ironbride for more ability kills for affinity during downtime.
Build Variants / Options
- Your bread and butter to stay alive while ranking up this mech will be Vitality, Steel Fiber, and Rage. Everything else is extra, so prioritize those
- Necramech Hydraulics is a must-have for vertical mobility
- Necramech Repair is completely optional, but convenient in an emergency. As long as you keep up your Meathook, you won't need it
- Necramech Fury is one of the few ways to make Ironbride less awful to use. I would prioritize it above Efficiency/Refuel but still below Hydraulics
- Necramech Reach is useful and will help you hit an Orphix mounted in an aerial location, but is not necessary
