Wukong: Silence/Resonator/Quiver - Crowd Control Cloud

[Wukong] is primarily known for his [Melee Prowess] but he has some crowd control potential in his kit. This build maximizes the CC aspects of his kit while completely dropping the offensive ones for mission stalling or relying on weapons rather than abilities for damage. We subsume an additional CC ability to round out his kit.

Silence is chosen because it is a more efficient stun than Cloud Walker's. Ensnare and Larva are good options if you choose to rely on blender setups. Resonator completely stops any AI from targeting you or your teammates. Quiver is a good option for keeping your team invisible without having to use the Cloud Walker augment.

Defy is the ability to replace in most scenarios but here we don't use any ability strength making Primal [Fury] conceptually useless. If you have some form of massive outside ability strength buffs like the special bonus given from Arbitrations then Defy goes back to being the correct call to replace.

Duration is nearly maxed so that our CC abilities last longer. Range can be lowered for more Duration on smaller tilesets.

Efficiency doesn't need to be extremely high on this build but it should be around the baseline. You'll be spamming CC abilities far more on this build. [Streamline] can be swapped out for more Duration or whatever flex mods you feel are appropriate.

Range is pumped up so that our CC abilities affect more enemies. Lowering Range by replacing [Augur Reach], [Stretch], or even [Overextended] is only suggested on small tilesets.

Strength is useless on this build. Your damage should be coming from your weapons not your abilities.

Arcane Aegis is a great boost to survivability when it procs but can be switched out if you don't like the RNG. Offensive weapon arcanes are usually the call.
