Wisp: Null Star/Dispensary/Quiver - Vitality Tank

[Wisp] is arguably one of the hardest frames to kill in the game. By utilizing her passive, abilities, and the right mods she's able to take obscene amounts of damage or avoid it altogether. We subsume an additional ability that pushes her survivability even further over the top.

Null Star is chosen as it's an additional damage reduction on top of her base health boosts and healing. Dispensary allows you have a nearly infinite supply of energy, ammo, and health orbs if you choose to abuse [Health Conversion]. Quiver can make targets other than yourself invisible and it's a good option for when you need to stay grounded for long periods of time.

Sol Gate is usually replaced as it's far too expensive on most builds but Wil-O-[Wisp] is another option if you're abusing your invisibility passive.

Duration is maxed so that Null Star can receive full particle and full damage reduction. Lowering it is okay on builds that use other abilities.

Range and Efficiency are nearly useless on this build. Your primary abilities are cheap and shouldn't be cast often.

Survivability mods are all necessary on this build. Although they're extremely redundant due to [Wisp]'s passive, we abuse them for a different type of passive survival. [Rolling Guard] can be replaced with [Health Conversion] on Dispensary builds.

Arcane [Guardian] increases our survivability by simply taking damage. Any other arcane can be used to suit your playstyle.
