Wisp: Empower/Roar/Buffs - Greedy Reservoirs

[Wisp] is mostly known for her Reservoirs and this build attempts to abuse them as much as possible. We subsume an ability that increases your mote strength or a buff to increase your team's damage.

Empower is chosen because it's able to increase the effectiveness of your Motes even if they aren't necessarily used for additional damage. Roar is a good choice for the massive Strength that the build is running. Any other buffs are good choices but may require additional augments or Duration.

Sol Gate is usually replaced as it's far too expensive on most builds but Wil-O-[Wisp] is another option if you're abusing your invisibility passive.

Strength is the only thing that we really care about in this build. We run every mod possible to boost the Strength as high as possible. You can drop a few mods but further reading about mod swaps will explain why it probably isn't necessary.

Duration is fairly low because Reservoirs technically last forever as long as you're within range of the Motes. If you're running other buffs then you can increase your Duration. [Narrow Minded] hurts your Range but further reading will explain why that doesn't matter.

Efficiency is extremely low because Reservoirs should only need to be cast a few times throughout most missions. It's cheap but if you want to use other buffs you can slightly increase your Efficiency.

Range isn't touched because it shouldn't matter for Reservoirs. You can simply get closer to the Motes to activate them. If you want more Range for other abilities you can swap out some flex mods. [Narrow Minded] usually has no downside on this build.

[Adaptation] and [Primed Sure Footed] are QoL survival mods. Neither are necessary and can be swapped out if you choose to abuse [Wisp]'s passive.

Arcane [Guardian] and Arcane Avenger are both flexible. Arcane Energize isn't as useful after you setup your Reservoirs but it's a good option if you want to support your team or run additional buffing abilities.
