Volt: Empower/Roar/Terrify - Discharge Nuke

[Volt] has the ability to nuke tilesets with proper support from other frames. This build focuses on getting as much damage as possible from Discharge in missions where it shines. We subsume an ability that increases the damage through buffs or armor stripping.

Empower is chosen because most other options should be covered by your team. Roar can be chosen if you're not able to get access to a Rhino. Fire Blast/Terrify/Pillage are good options if you don't have enough teammates to use multiple Corrosive Projections effectively.

Shock is replaced as it's the weakest ability even with it's synergies with Electric Shield and Discharge. This build doesn't really make much use of Electric Shield or Speed though so either can be replaced as well.

[Corrosive Projection] and [Coaction Drift] are necessary for [Volt] to do decent damage without full armor stripping of enemies. Although 4 CP and 3 CD only strips 80% of armor it's still enough to carry you through most ESO runs or similar content. One teammate doesn't need to run CD because it maxes at 80%. That can be done on this build if you choose. If someone brings full armor stripping then you can have the entire team run [Power Donation] or [Growing Power].

Strength and Range are pumped up at the expense of Efficiency and Duration. Another frame should be providing energy so Efficiency shouldn't be an issue nor do you have the slots to spend on making Discharge cheaper if you want to compete with other nuke frames. Duration has little impact on the DPS as the damage comes form an initial pulse and 8 additional pulses from enemies that you can't increase with mods. As long as your stun duration is over 4 seconds you'll get the full DPS on every enemy as long as at least two enemies exist near each other.

[Capacitance] provides your team with survivability so that you can survive in between pulses without needing to pump up Duration. It isn't suggested to replace it unless your team is able to survive without it or is very experienced with rotating nukes in ESO.

Arcane Aegis combines with [Volt]'s general focus on shields to give you near invincibility when it procs. It can be replaced with any arcane that suits your playstyle.
