[Vauban] is primarily known for his strong and plentiful forms of crowd control. This build attempts to abuse all of them to completely stall out missions or cripple enemies. We subsume either a QoL ability or additional CC that isn't covered by his already vast kit.
Quiver is chosen because it gives you a lot of survivability and plays into your passive playstyle. Resonator and Dispensary are also good choices but may need additional Duration to have a more rounded energy economy. Spectrorage and Spellbind can use their augments on an enemy after you've captured them to get a massive amount of energy or energy orbs back.
Tesla Nervos and Photon Strike are the weakest abilities depending on what you're trying to do with [Vauban]. Replace Tesla Nervos on builds that don't care about additional CC and replace Photon Strike on everything else.
[Enemy Radar] mods help the team to track down stragglers. It can be replaced if you already have a large amount of radar mods.
Strength is almost useless on this build as it's attempting to stall out maps rather than kill everything with sheer ability damage. Bastille is hurt but the [Repelling Bastille] augment can keep it being useful no matter how low your Strength gets.
Range is nearly maxed to give your CC greater coverage. [Repelling Bastille] and your other forms of CC will keep enemies constantly locked down. It can be lowered a bit for more Duration on smaller tilesets.
[Tesla Bank] can be subbed in for low level nuking as it doesn't scale off of ability strength.
Arcane Aegis is run for additional survival when it procs. It can be replaced by any other arcane to suit your playstyle.
