Valkyr: Infested Mobility/Molt/Fire Walker - Rip Line Slingshot

Rip Line is usually written off as a fairly weak ability but it has a few niche uses. We attempt to fit as many as possible into a single build so that you can take this into more content. We subsume a movement speed ability as the primary usage of Rip Line is to slingshot yourself across tile sets.

Infested Mobility is chosen as it synergizes with high parkour speed to move around more easily after using Rip Line. Fire Walker or Molt serve this purpose but on the ground instead.

Paralysis is replaced as it's a ridiculously weak ability in most content. Weakening your shield gate to get a sub par finisher proc isn't worth APM loss. Warcry and Hysteria are good abilities and should never be replaced.

Modding this build can be difficult as how exactly you choose to use Rip Line will massively change the needs of the build. As long as Range is nearly maxed out, almost any other mods can be swapped at your leisure.

[Growing Power] can be replaced with [Enemy Radar] or whatever you choose to suit your playstyle. It's only here to boost our buffs by a bit.

[Swing Line] is needed to abuse constant uptime on Rip Line flying builds. It can be replaced if you're only using the build to force a gib on enemy bodies or to move allies around the map.

Duration is a bit above the baseline so that Warcry and Hysteria are still usable.

Efficiency doesn't need to be very high since [Swing Line] will be serving as a massive energy economy increase.

Range should be very high. The speed that you move after using Rip Line is determined by the max range of the ability. Even if you're not hitting something over a hundred meters away it's still useful.

Strength is a bit above the baseline to make better use of your subsumed abilities and buffs.

Parkour velocity mods help us to maneuver better in the air. One of the large weaknesses of Rip Line as a movement ability is how it locks you into going in one direction if you don't bullet jump or roll in another one.

Arcane Agility and Arcane Consequence are both used to give you greater movement options while in the air. They can be replaced with any other arcane to suit your playstyle.
