Steel is in because berserker is too unreliable without it

Statuses:
Daggers inflict a guaranteed slash and impact (not puncture) status on heavy attacks. This plus radiation and puncture means 4 statuses to play with. And with [Gleaming Blight]'s viral radial infliction, that's 5 statuses, putting us at a comfy +600% damage from CO. For max damage on a single target, open with a few heavy attacks to get Berserker stacks, then light attacks for statuses and build combo to 3-4x, and then spam heavy attacks. Or just spam heavies all the time.

Not a great killing build, but it's got heals, overshields, and a source of energy.
