Abilities

Passive: [Nezha]'s slide are faster and travel further (aka, he's slippery).

(1) Fire Walker: For a certain duration, [Nezha] leaves a fiery trail behind that deals damage to enemies and removes status effects from allies. [Nezha] has increased movement speed while Fire Walker is active.

(2) Blazing Chakram: [Nezha] throws his '[Glaive]' that bounces and ricochets between surfaces and enemies. Enemies hit by the glaive, receive damage, are vulnerable to more damage and have an increased chance to drop an health and/or energy orb.
If recasted while Blazing Chakram is still in the air, [Nezha] will teleport to it. If Fire Walker is active, [Nezha] will deal damage around the spot where he teleports to.

(3) Warding Halo: [Nezha] creates a ring (a protective layer) around himself. For the first few seconds, it absorbs damage. After that, Warding Halo grants [Nezha] 90% damage reduction and remains active until the Halo's HP (base HP + absorbed damage) is depleted. During it's protection, [Nezha] is immune to status effects, knockdowns & staggers and some enemy auras. Enemies that approach [Nezha] during Warding Halo are staggered and damaged.

(4) Divine Spears: [Nezha] impales nearby enemies, leaving them stunned for the duration. If enemies are still impaled, [Nezha] can reactivate Divine Spears to slam enemies onto the ground. Enemies hit with Blazing Chakram under the effect of Divine Spears have a chance to duplicate another [Glaive].

(Subsume Ability on 1) Pillage: marks nearby enemies for the duration. After the duration, Nezha pillages their shields and/or armor, converting it into (over)shields and removes status effects for himself and nearby allies.
This ability gives [Nezha] the capability to strip armor and remove big shields on enemies, especially when this build gives [Nezha] >300% Power Strength, which means huge defense removal.
Other choices: Breach Surge, Fireblast, Gloom, (Seeking) Shurikens.

Stats / Mods

72.5% Duration: the abilities don't need a lot of duration, but we also don't want abilities to end in a blink.
45% Efficiency: while the abilities are costly, we keep the energy sustained by Arcane Energize and [Primed Flow].
100% Range: not too much and not too little range for Pillage and Divine Spears.
348% Strength: high strength provides the following benefits: high defense removal on Pillage, high damage vulnerability on 2 and big Warding Halo pool.

Aura: personal preference.
Arcanes: personal preference. Arcane [Guardian] gives more armor (thus more damage reduction) and Arcane Energize helps with energy sustain.
[Umbral Intensify] & [Umbral Vitality]: this mod set grants increased stats and sentient resistances. It isn't mandatory and can be swapped out for their regular counterparts.
[Controlled Slide]: this mod removes the slipperiness of [Nezha]. Totally personal preference.
[Adaptation]: more defense. This mod is rank 0, because ranking it up only makes you [Reach] the 90% damage reduction cap faster. Ranking this mod up will NOT increase the damage reduction cap.
[Health Conversion]: ability 2 gives us increased health orb drops, so this mod is great on [Nezha]. The armor it gives, grants [Nezha] a lot of damage reduction.
