GARUDA - Breach Surge / Seeking Talons - in-depth guide

This build focuses on utilizing [Garuda]'s 100% damage increase passive, while still being somewhat tanky, and most importantly focusing on the insane synergy between Breach Surge and Seeking [Talons].

Let's break it down.

To make room for Breach Surge I had to remove Blood Altar. While this does remove her AoE healing potential, there is a another great alternative for regenerating health, and that is Magus Elevate.

Since Bloodletting's energy gain is based off of the percentage of health lost and not the amount, keeping [Garuda] at her default health value is ideal, and by simply switching inbetween operator and frame you can fully heal her, and regenerate 70% of her maximum energy each cycle. This provides both a temporary escape from hairy situations and a theoretically endless supply of energy. An alternative to this, is to equip a Bleeding Key and Arcane Pulse on [Garuda], and Synth Deconstruct on your companion.

A huge advantage to this, is that you don't need Energizing Dash to regenerate energy. While Zenurik is useful to slightly increase survivability, [Garuda] is a good frame to allow a flexible use of other focus schools, rather than just Zenurik.

The idea here is to stay at minimum health forever (switch to operator when energy is getting low for a quick heal), so [Quick Thinking] and [Primed Flow] are both a must here. With [Quick Thinking]'s 240% efficiency, and assuming that Arcane [Guardian] is in effect, at maximum energy and minimum health you'll have a maximum effective health value of 8000, and this isn't even accounting for Adaptation's damage reduction.

Obviously we don't want damage to be taken to health/energy, so to make use of shield gating (Taking damage to shields also allows for Arcane [Guardian] to be triggered) I recommend running an Augur set on a companion weapon. This is the one I use.

DURATION:
Duration isn't too important of a stat, to have an abnormally high amount of. But it is nice to have a bit above the default value, since the longer the time that enemies are blinded and take Slash damage cause more damage to be done over time, to more enemies.

EFFICIENCY:
Default value is fine. No point in wasting precious mod slots to go higher. However you DO NOT want negative efficiency, as not only will abilities be more expensive to cast but the energy gain form Bloodletting will be smaller.

RANGE:
145% is good enough for this build, and it is important for Breach Surge. If you're willing to use another Forma, you could put Cunning Drift in the Exilus slot.

STRENGTH:
You want as much as possible to deal the most damage. If you really want more range, you can swap out [Transient Fortitude] for [Stretch]. This would also free up some mod space, potentially allowing for the use of Growing Power.

Now for the fun part. Just walk up to a group of enemies while at minimum health, press her 2, then charge her 4, and watch the fireworks. Tested on mobs of > lvl 100 Corrupted Heavy Gunners and Corrupted Lancer Eximus; it mows them down in seconds, no weapons or other abilities involved.

As far as the Exilus slot goes, I use [Aviator] because I like to stay airborne in synergy with Tractor Beam on my Moa companion. If you're willing to either Forma again, use a slightly different build, or use lower ranks of the Umbral mods then swap it out for Pain Threshold, or Sure Footed, or Primed Sure Footed.

Aura slot doesn't matter.
