This is Step 2 in my Progression guide!
Step 1 is here
Step 3 is here
So as you can see we have made quite the improvements! We've doubled our Effective Health Points(eHP), gained 75% range and increased our strength by 64%!
Granted we've also tanked our efficiency by 60% :(, but oh well we have to give something to gain all that range and power.
Duration has gone negative as well, but we still get the full healing from [Regenerative Molt].
We've also invested 4 Forma, which CAN be a big ask for newer players. Personally I would farm [Saryn Prime] and invest the forma for this build before you for this build.
Build Rundown
Power Range: Saryn's most important stat. We're investing heavily in range cause the more spores/enemies carrying spores the faster our damage ramps up.
Power Strength: [Saryn]'s number 2 stat! We're making a large improvement here. This will increase our upfront damage across the board. Also, it increases the amount of healing from [Regenerative Molt], so that's a solid upside!
Power Efficiency: [Saryn]'s not so important stat. We take a large hit to efficiency here. Making abilities cost more than base? Phat yikes. To try to offset we have more energy coming in through our Aura; [Energy Siphon]! This will give us a small amount of consistent energy over time, combine this with [Hunter Adrenaline] and Energizing Dash? You've got yourself enough [Regen] for [Saryn] to do [Saryn] things, like mass murder.
Defence: We've DOUBLED our eHP by dropping [Steel Fiber] and using Arcane [Guardian] instead. This will give us a 15% chance per hit taken to gain 900 armor for 120 seconds. That's soooooo much better than [Steel Fiber](In this scenario)! The increased healing from [Regenerative Molt] will help us sustain that first few hits until we get an Arcane [Guardian] proc.
Misc.: I tend to play my [Saryn] melee and almost never use guns unless it's to pop a spore that's a fair ways off. So arcane Strike makes sense as another low rarity arcane.
As for a weapon to play with I would recommend the [Broken Scepter] from The [War] Within. It comes with a Catalyst installed and only needs a single V polarity added to it to function properly. Here's my build for it here
