Yes I used an umbral forma.

I decided after building this in the simulacrum one day I wasn't going to change it, and i wanted [Weeping Wounds], so I used an umbral forma instead of a normal forma of which I would have had to use two to get weeping.
Use a MOA or sentinel with a stat blasting [Sweeper Prime] for maximum damage. ([Diriga]
