Molecular Prime significantly increases the speed of enemies when you lower your ability strength. We subsume a defensive QoL ability to [Protect] ourselves from enemies that have their attack speed boosted to sometimes unmanageable levels.
Dispensary is chosen because it gives you consistent energy, ammo, and health orb drops for your whole team to abuse. Quiver is another great option because it gives you invisibility and one of the few gimmicky ways to abuse Noise Arrow.
Wormhole is replaced because it doesn't serve much purpose in a Molecular Prime focused build. Antimatter Drop can be replaced in more mobile builds.
[Enemy Radar] mods help you and your team to find enemies. Even with the speed bonus you sometimes have to track down stragglers with bad AI pathing.
[Vitality] can be replaced with [Rolling Guard] against higher level content.
[Molecular Fission] can bug out and be a bit inconsistent. It can be replaced with [Neutron Star] or more Efficiency if you aren't going to abuse Null Star.
Arcane [Guardian] gives you a significant EHP boost but can be replaced with any other arcane to suit your playstyle.
