If you don't have a good riven you can take it out for a few select choices: [Gladiator Might], [Buzz Kill], [Quickening] or Primed Smite Grineer; this build will work perfectly fine without a riven.
We use unranked 60/60 mods to increase the likelihood of our slash procs; since we are using weeping wounds, viral will be stacked enough anyway, so we want to maximise our slash procs to one shot those high level enemies. -Impact and -Puncture on the riven is good, but the stance has guaranteed slash procs so it doesn't make as much of a difference as it might on another weapon.
