How strong can we really make a frame?

What began as a meme build eventually escalated to what became a legitimate experiment for me.
How strong can I make [Atlas]? For a long time, I've been concerned with whether or not the build would be practical.
I have come to realize that practicality shouldn't be the focus anymore.
Now, the focus has switched to whether or not this build is possible.
Therefore, I have come up with this build; it is something I would not recommend for practical gameplay.
The build requires some setup to attain 780% Power Strength, and you will need to have the Madurai focus school equipped.
You will also need all 5 Tauforged Crimson Archon Shards and have them set to grant you 15% Ability Strength.
If your Archon Shards are not Tauforged, you will instead have a maximum of 755% Power Strength.
The steps are as follows:

• Kill 250 Enemies to be granted 60% Power Strength from Molt Augmented.
• Cast Empower to gain 50% Power Strength on your next ability cast.
• Perform a Mercy Kill on an enemy to receive +50% Power Strength on your next ability cast from Power Drain.
• Pick up an Energy Orb to gain 50% Power Strength from Energy Conversion.
• As Operator, dash twice to gain 40% Power Strength from Madurai's Sling Strength.
• As Operator, cast an Operator ability to gain 45% Power Strength from Molt Vigor.
• Switch back to your Warframe and shoot the enemy with a good status chance weapon. This will give you 25% Power Strength from Growing Power.
• Cast Landslide, Tectonics, or Rumblers for an incredibly powerful cast.

Optional Steps:
(Do these just before the final step shown above)

• Get a headshot kill with a primary kitgun for +30% Power Strength from Pax Bolt.
• Get a headshot kill with a secondary kitgun for +30% Power Strength from a second Pax Bolt.

Archon Shards : +50% Standard or +75% Tauforged

[Energy Conversion] : +50%
Molt Augmented : +60%
Molt Vigor : +45%
Madurai : +40%
Empower : +50%
